Included is a USB dongle and it paired with my computer super quick and has a stable connection. The wireless range is excellent, I walked from upstairs where my work station is to downstairs into the kitchen and it stayed connected. It doesn't drop calls or have a lag. The battery life is very reliable and lasts through my work day without needing to be recharged. This headset is an Excellent value for the price.
