They are as follows: Glucosamine has 250 mg in 2 checw the MSM has 250 mg in 2 chews the DMG has 50mg in 2 chews the Perna has 350 mg in 2 chews and there are 5 mg of Manganese in 2 chews.All of my cats love the flavor and consider them a treat. They have helped my cats greatly. He slept more and just didn't seem as happy. I did some reading and realised these are signs of pain. After buying these treats for him, I noticed a change pretty quickly. He jumps down from the couch with a little more ease and he seems to be in much better spirits. Cats hide pain well, and I think these have helped him even more than I know. I believe he is much more comfortable now, therefore happier. I've never really been one to give my cats treats and generally, the few times I have, he has turned his nose up at them. However he loves these. He knows the schedule I give them to him and reminds me every time. It's a highlight of his day! They are a little pricey but I do think they are worth the cost. I'm grateful I found these!
