Review: The SKLZ Hurricane Swing Trainer has been a fantastic addition to our backyard practice setup. Both of my kids (one baseball, one softball) love using it to work on their swing timing, power, and consistency. It’s well-made, easy to set up, and the high-visibility target ball makes it easy for them to focus. It is pretty heavy. I really like the adjustable tension bands and rotating arm — it allows them to get a lot of reps without needing a pitcher or a tee. It’s helped them build confidence and muscle memory. The only thing to note: while the base is sturdy, there is a metal crossbar for the ball. Because we don’t want to risk damaging their expensive bats, we’ve been using an older bat just to be safe. It hasn’t been an issue, but it’s something to be mindful of, especially for younger or less experienced players in case they miss hit or over extend. Overall, this is a solid, effective training tool that we highly recommend to other baseball and softball families!

I wish I could rate this more. 5/5 stars would recommend for cricket practice!

The SKLZ Hurricane Swing Trainer has been a fantastic addition to our backyard practice setup.
