I bought this case for my first ever Resin Statue. The case is nearly perfect. The only downsides to the case (for me) is the base of the case should be thicker. It is a little on the flimsy side to be able to move it if need be. I would also include which is the top and bottom for the notches to fit properly. Pros: - Not difficult to put together. - Top is easy to open (plus for me as I use a rechargeable light) - Very nice looking case Cons: - Base plate should be thicker to help with structure if it needs to be moved. - The top and base plate should have a label showing which side is correct for the notches. - Gloves are small for big hands (not a real con just big people issues)

I bought this having read the reviews and gave it five stars because I got exactly what I expected. The film is a small nightmare to remove. Put on some music and just expect it to take a bit to get the pieces prepped. Also, having an extra set of gloved hands to help with the assembly is *almost* a must. I pulled all the pieces out, took off the protective coat on the base and placed it where I wanted the final display set up. I then used a combo of my nails and the provided puck to get one corner of the protective film up on each side. It's practically impossible to do with the gloves on. Once I had enough up on all the pieces, I put on the gloves, pulled all the film off and put all the pieces in place. Putting the top on was when i needed help to keep all the pieces lined up and connected properly. If you dont have another person, you could use a rubberband or string to hold the sides together while placing the top. All that said, it would be a nightmare to move once assembled because the little pieces that interlock are not terribly sturdy. So build it on the surface you intend to leave it on. The price is a quarter of what I would have paid for a custom case. So, I'm pleased with the product. And once you take the film off, the sides are crystal clear and look incredible. All in all, it's everything I expected and needed.

Absolute garbage. You have to assembly it yourself and the pieces are poorly 3D cut. They don’t fit perfectly so it’s got a bend and won’t sit flat and mine had broken edges upon opening. This was part of a gift and it’s too late to exchange. Don’t bother, what a waste of $20.

I basically like the product, but it is not sturdy and very easy to crack. It looks alright, but I will look for something made of glass and heavier.

Really wanted to love this, but it just fell flat for me. After taking off the plastic covers, I noticed that there were a couple of dings in some of the pieces, which is disappointing. It also doesn’t feel super sturdy — like, the pieces are all so flimsy — so I wouldn’t recommend putting anything on top of it or putting it under something that could potentially fall on top of it. Not a huge fan of the overhang on the sides. It just looks cheap, in my opinion. Additionally, I ordered the white bottom and received the black instead, so that’s disappointing. As a plus, the instructions were nice and clear, and it didn’t take long to put together. I’ll be keeping it because it will serve its purpose and I don’t know if they’d reuse it since I took the plastic off, but I probably won’t buy from this shop again for display cases.

** Update ** My 9lb cat has sat on top of the case and it has not (yet) collapsed. So far so good. After reading reviews my expectations were very low. I bought this for a really good price for the size (14 inch cube) because it was labeled as “used”. However, the product did not appear to be used at all, just missing the original packaging. It comes in 6 pieces - 4 sides, a bottom and a top. There is protective film on both sides of each piece. I found the protective film easy to remove using the enclosed round plate. Even wearing the provided gloves, I had no trouble removing the film. I used the round plate to scrape a corner of the film until it lifted enough for me to then pull the entire film off. The round plate also had protective film on each side which I did not bother to peel off and it worked just fine. The case itself isn’t very sturdy but that is to be expected for the price. I got this case to keep our cat out of my daughter’s fairy garden. I have a feeling our cat will try to sit on top of the case and the whole thing will collapse. I may follow another reviewer’s suggestion and use super glue to keep the case together.

Works as intended! While the shipping was a bit strange and damaged, everything came through unscathed. I was worried I saw a ton of scratches but that was all on the protective film. Clear simple instructions, and a useful kit. I bought a huge one and a teeny one, and both included the same kit which is great value on the small ones! Certainly great and I highly recommended for hobbyists, collectors, etc. For significant art pieces I would advise something sturdier.

Not easy to assemble in my opinion and seems extremely cheap. Glass had an odd film on it as well that would not come off.

Been looking for a large display case to show off some larger lego builds as I want to show them off, but don't want them to get covered in dust. No matter what air filter systems you have in your home, some things are still going to collect dust. Lego is really bad for this, as there are so many different surfaces to get covered in dust, so it is much harder to clean. So I really wanted a display just to show off some larger sets and this fit the bill. Display case was pretty straight forward to put together. Removing the protective plastic coating on the clear side/top pieces was pretty easy. Getting the protective paper cover off the black base piece was a lot more work, as the paper sticks a lot more than the clear plastic on the side pieces. But take your time and it will come off pretty cleanly. Assembly was pretty easy. Again, take your time and DO NOT FORCE ANYTHING. If you try strong-arming pieces together, they will break. I put the back and two side pieces together, then I put the lego set inside. Afterwards I put the front and top pieces on and I was done. Once all together it is pretty solid. Make sure not to leave the side pieces standing by themselves while slotted into the base without support, as they can easily fall over and break off the locking pegs. Having someone else to help you hold the pieces before they are all snapped together would be a good idea. Love the finished product. It also comes with a little string of LED lights which run off a little box with a battery. The wire is thin enough you could probably have it between the panels so you can have the battery box (which has a on/off switch) outside the case. I didn't use the light at the moment, but I may use it in the future. Good buy. I recommend it. Just be careful/take your time assembling it and you will be happy with it too.

The vendor has been very quick and managed the order well. This display box is high quality, also very easy to assemble
