This machine is amazing! No ice needed, which means no watering down your drinks. It’s super easy to use – just pour in your drink, press a button, and wait a bit. The texture comes out smooth and perfect every time. I’ve made smoothies, margaritas, and even spiked slushies – all turned out great. Cleaning is simple too with the self-cleaning mode (huge plus!). If you’re into frozen drinks and want something that’s easy, fast, and tastes great, this is totally worth it. Love it!

Purchased this item in July and have had it for just over a month. After a few uses, we started having a problem. There is a black rubberized piece that kept coming off of the dispensing part, see the picture in the review for the black rubberized/plastic part and the white plastic piece in front for reference. Pull the handle to dispense the slushy and a black piece pushed up right against the reservoir would not move with the white plastic piece in front. The white plastic piece would move up when you pull the handle back. After the white piece moved up so far, the rubberized part would no longer be held in place and fall down into your cup. After that, the flow of the slushie couldn't be stopped because there was nothing blocking the reservoir from dispensing. I sent an email to the manufacturer and they responded overnight to the problem. They requested proof of purchase. After that, they immediately said that they would send a brand new machine with the higher capacity to make up for the problem. They requested me to take a couple of pictures of both the original shipping box and the label on the back of the machine to track down the defective manufacturing batch. Wow, impressed. The new one came, which happened to be the prior version of the 88 ounce high capacity unit that has a different mechanism for dispensing. The replacement slushy machine is working great with no dispensing problems. Since receiving the new one, I also fixed this machine (that I'm writing the review for). The black rubberized piece has some clear plastic on the top. I used a very small brush and brushed some super glue on the clear plastic - which is the area of the part that slides up against the white plastic part in front. I pushed the piece back into it's proper position. Waited 24 hours and now it is working properly and the black rubberized piece moves up properly when pulling the handle and doesn't fall into the cup. Overall, very happy with the purchase and we use it several times a week now. Makes great slushies from soda pop, slushie wine directly from a wine bottle, or mixed drinks. So I basically got two machines for the price of one. I'll be taking one of them to our vacation rental for guests to use and give the company some free marketing to hopefully spur a guest or two into buying one of their machines for the company's great customer service.

Makes really good drinks with very little effort, but you have to prepare your own recipes because the ones they give you don’t even include a margarita recipe! The machine is easy to clean.

Used 4 times and now buttons won't turn unit on Also twice the rubber stopped fell out while dispensing and dumped the entire content on floor. Gonna be trying to return. Very prompt reply ro my complaint and full refund provided. Great customer service though. They responded promptly to my review and set it right. New machine works great so far

Edited 2025-08-29: I initially had a very disappointing experience with this company, but they have completely redeemed themselves, hence my change from 1 star to 4. After posting my review, the company promptly reached out, offered me a full refund, and even sent me their larger-capacity machine. I decided to give them another chance, and I’m so glad I did. I waited a few weeks before updating my review to ensure everything worked properly, and I’m happy to report that the new machine is fantastic. I use it daily (my son and I love slushies!). Interestingly, it works perfectly with the same juice I tried before, confirming the original machine was defective. I’ve even experimented with making lower-sugar slushies by mixing half zero-sugar soda with half full-sugar juice, and they’ve turned out great. Next, I plan to try a milkshake. Thank you to the company representative for resolving my issue so quickly. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention they give their customers. ——————— I was excited to try this machine, especially after seeing so many positive reviews using Tropicana Refreshers (24g sugar per serving). But from the first use, the machine wouldn’t stop churning and the slush was too thick to dispense, even on the second thickness setting. I contacted customer care who told me to contact the seller. The seller then told me the juice had “too much sugar” and needed to be diluted despite the fact that 10% sugar is well within range and low sugar (under 5%) is usually what causes over-freezing according to all the reviews I’ve read about at home slushie machines…and science. I tried their suggestion anyway, but the issue persisted. The seller told me to request a refund or a replacement since I was within the return window. I did, but the replacement arrived poorly packaged with the box partially open. I’ve lost confidence in both the product and the seller, and I’m returning it unopened. I’ll be paying more for the Ninja instead. I’ve had great experiences with their products and customer service. Disappointed, as my son and I were really looking forward to this and I thought I was getting a highly rated product for a great price. 08-01-2025: Edited to add that just as I suspected, I was sent a previous return. The shipping box was damaged and when I looked inside at the initial brown box, that was resealed by someone’s dirty packing tape and then the green box inside has a small piece of tape holding that box closed. Never again will I trust positive Amazon and YouTube reviews

We were on vacation this past summer having frozen drinks and said we’d love to make them at home. By the time we returned, this was waiting for us. It makes the BEST drinks!! Make sure you follow the instructions! We order our drink mixes online by the gallon (margarita man), and it makes the best piña coladas you’ll ever taste!! It only takes about 30-40 mins to have drinks for everyone. WE LOVE IT!!!!
