The material is absolutely NOT COTTON. Package is without the box which is shown on the picture.

Nothing says thats its 100% cotton or organic . It does not feel like organic ! Its overrated and overpriced . No box just vacume packaging . Not recommended .

I previously bought a pillow from this company which came with a pillow case, it was perfect! Then I saw 2 pack version as better value and ordered again, so disappointed! it has literally no filling , way too flat. Is there customer service contact?
