And pulls out really far from the wall and swivels all the directions you need it to. You can add a little WD-40 and it’ll swing and swivel with ease, yet stay in place. It is heavy and sturdy but very easy to install and adjust. There are 2 pivots to adjust the distance from the wall. In my case, I have a recessed wall and needed a longer stand. Once the TV is installed, you can easily swivel left or right. The stand also lets you adjust the angle of view (up or down) to get the perfect viewing angle. The stand came with all the parts required for a variety of TVs and walls.
