Shutdown problem
The battery didn’t feel like it fit the laptop very well. It was very tight and I had to work it into place. Once there it charged right up and I thought I had made a good purchase. Then the trouble started. Randomly, when using the laptop it would flash a Lock Screen and then go straight to sleep mode or power down. The laptop had never had that problem before the this battery was installed so I removed it and put in the old battery. No random sleep mode or shut downs for the next couple of days. So, I put this battery back in and within an hour I got the first random shutdown. It continued to cause these problems the rest of the day. I’ve removed it permanently now and had no more shutdown issues with the laptop. I cannot recommend this battery. Find another brand.
