This tastes great, I love it for breakfast. It is creamy and has a good taste that's not too strong. I'll leave it to cheese experts to describe how it tastes like because it's quite hard for me.

Galbani Dolcelatte Mild & Creamy Blue, 150g.
A really lovely, delicious treat; the Dolcelatte is soft enough to be spread on crusty bread, but is solid enough to be cut into pieces; the taste is creamy and darkly rich as a blue veined cheese should be, but isn`t as strong as some. Excellent on it`s own with a glass of red wine – and very versatile as an ingredient for meals.

my kids love it
my youngest is a soft cheese fan and he kinda feeds from normal suer market brands, he adored this one and made it his breakfast official spread. Happy to recommend
