It took me forever to decide which size to get. I'm 6'1" and about 185 lbs, with longer arms and legs. I like clothes that are more form fitting, and not feel like I'm swimming in them. So I went with the XL, based on other reviews of things running small. It's an 83% fit. Five of the six items fit perfectly. The shorts, the tights, the short sleeve shirt, and the long sleeve shirt. The hoodie is a little small - it doesn't extend much below my waist line and the sleeves are a little short. It still looks nice and is comfortable - but I bought this for outdoor cycling and don't want my outer layer creeping up my back. All the items seem pretty well made, and all are comfortable. I've worn them for 3 or 4 rides now experimenting around with different layers. It's a heck of a deal for the amount of items that you get in the package.

Like the title says...fits but there are a few things to know. The jacket fits great . It's thin and good for the gym..just there aren't any pockets. Short sleeve shirt is snug ...simple. I don't think I'm going to wear it. The "compression" long sleeve shirt very thin and I feel loose...I'd order a seperate one. The compression long pants same thin material and super long and loose. It would be best for someone with minimum 36" legs. Not enough compression....best to order seperatly. The shorts...thin as well does have pockets but no zippers on pockets.so if you have anything in your pockets you'll definitely lose them. There isn't a drawstring to tighten the shorts. My phone made the shorts slide down. Is it worth $20.... Maybe for someone taller...maybe 6'2...but then the jacket or short sleeve shirt wouldn't fit them. I going to keep the kit. I like the jacket..I'll use the "compression" shirt and pants as a thin base layer. The shirt will be at the bottom of drawer. The shorts maybe can be used as pajamas definitely not for running.
