I no not believe that it has a warranty

Q: Is there a knee rest compatible with these crutches?

WNo. It is just a forearm crutch. I find it very comfortable because of its lite weight.

Q: can the internal bungee cord be replaced?

I haven't figured out a way to do it. I wondered the same thing because I ran over the top end of my first one. I gave up on replacing the top end and gorilla glued it along with duct tape. I use it as a spare and bought another one. They are the best!
