This is a good addition to probiotics. I take probiotics daily and this makes sense to use this version as well.

I would not recommend this to anyone. First dose was ok. Second caused vaginal burning which was uncomfortable but I decided to “bite the bullet” and continue using it as directed. Boy, that was the wrong move! With third dose the terrible vaginal burning was so severe that I had to get up and wash it out for some time until almost all of it came out. It was a horrible experience. Possible culprits include vitamin C and other acidic ingredients in addition to the cultures that they claim are shelf stable and don’t require refrigeration. All I can say is I am not trying it again. I informed the company, but they did not respond - albeit they were eager to respond when I posed question about storage which is a very legitimate and important question considering that the item is probiotic. Some require refrigeration while others do not - so it is expected that manufacturer provides this information to the consumer. Yet they did not. When i contacted them I was instructed to keep it in a room temperature and that even if they end up changing color due to humidity in the room, not to worry about it. While this response seemed a bit on a strange side, I figured that I would avoid humid environment altogether. Yet I ended up throwing it into the garbage instead. It is a dangerous product. Stay away!

My midwife recommended this product and I’m so glad she did! I feel like it worked so well! I was having some itchy uncomfortable times while pregnant and it cleared up within the first 2-3 days. Good product and affordable. Will buy again if needed in the future

*** UPDATE LADIES PLEASE READ!! If you’re experiencing those yeast like symptoms from the overgrowth of good bacteria with these capsules.. buy the killer or any other brand of boric acid and mix mix mix!! A little work yes, but so worth it and keeps bv away!! Also saves money. I only use a quarter of the flora power capsule and I dump it into the top half of a boric acid capsule. You may have to dump just a small bit of the boric acid out but not much. This works and leaves me itch and swelling free. Only use a half of a capsule or a touch more if you really feel like you’re off balance but the key is to do this weekly. One flora power capsule gives me 3 to 4 uses. I personally use Monistat boric acid capsules, they are cheap!! You can buy separate empty capsules but I don’t think it’s really necessary. No clue what advice to give to you ladies who are extra busy lol I only get down twice a week so it works for me 😅😩 If you are having issues, these will absolutely get the job done!! But if you are trying to prevent issues.. I would not recommend. I only use them after sex to ensure freshness but they always cause swelling and itching that lasts for a couple of days. Again, this is if you don’t already have an issue because they are probiotics so if your good bacteria are not out for the count, you’re adding way more than you need. It was so bad I had to dig into my emergency stash of metronidazole to kill some of the good bacteria. They are super strong!!
