Used this insert for my newborns car seat. I have the nuna pipa urbn and it worked perfectly. He was only six pounds and this helped support his small body. Design is made to fit in any five point harness. It was soft enough that he was able to sleep in it. Good quality and great price. Doesn't stain easily.
