They are WONDERFUL. To use effectively, once I remove them from the freezer, I run the silicone bit under warm/hot water to loosen the silicone, and then I use my hands to pop each of the cubes out. To clean, I just soak them in warm water and then use a sponge to easily wipe away any food remnants. WORKS WONDERS. The lids are great too. I have made so many purees in these.
