When I recieved my necklace, it was tested for authentication. It turned out that the charm was very good quality but the chain was not 925 Sterling silver. I contacted the company and they said they would send me a silver one. We'll they sent me the same exact chain. BUT, last night I received this from their company. I just want to say thank you. I am a grieving mother with a broken heart, thank you for fixing the situation in a quick and respectful manner.

This was beautiful however I don’t like that the cylinder is clear, I thought the cylinder was silver.

Really what I wanted

First: The "bundle" is not delivered together. I ordered 2 bundles of 2 crosses each as I needed 4. The item display said that it would be delivered the following day which was a requirement as we were leaving the following day for my sons funeral across the continent. I received 1 of each bundle. With the second of each bundle due in 2 more weeks. One box had 1 cross, fill kit and chain. The other had only the cross and fill kit. I am very disappointed.

Bale is small and doesn’t fit on any chains bigger than what it came with
