Better than SnoreRx REFUNDS AVAILABLE
Fit/Size The fitting process is super easy, just put it in some boiling water then bite on it then put it in cold water. For sizing, open your mouth normally for the measurement, if you're straining to open it then you're opening too wide. I should have listened to their measurement guide more closely as I needed a medium vs a small. Returns Literally the easiest thing. I was returning my small size after ordering a medium one and realized that Amazon doesn't allow you to return them. I messaged the company on WhatsApp and the process took less than 5 minutes. 100000/10 Comfort Any anti-snore mouth guard isn't going to be the most comfortable thing to sleep with because it has a job to do. I found that getting the right size made the biggest difference for me. The guard I bought from SnoreRx (2.5x the price of this one) was way too big and made me gag. The small size from this company made my teeth sore and didn't really work. The medium SilentZPro works best for me. My teeth aren't sore, I don't gag on it, and it doesn't keep my mouth open too wide. Anti-Snore It works. I was diagnosed with mild obstructive sleep apnea a few moths ago and I did not want to use a CPAP. I am a nurse and I see patients rip CPAP machines off of their face when they sleep all the time so I knew that was not the route I wanted to take. This product is easy to maintain and use and according to my boyfriend, helped stopped my snoring. Overall: 5/5 I am still getting used to using this product but it has made a difference in my everyday life. I assumed that a petite, normal weight (22 BMI) female that does not often snore loudly couldn't have sleep apnea. I was exhausted all the time, falling asleep while driving, and thought I was going crazy because I knew something was wrong with me but medically, all the usual tests were coming back normal. After paying almost 1k for a sleep test I am amazed this cheap little item has helped give me my life back. I will be buying more in the near future so I can always have one with me wherever I go.

Made in America? What?
I've bought 3 different types of these on Amazon. And 3 years ago they used to be 30 bucks and five times the quality. This one is loose, the rubbery tooth mold material literally melted out of one side when I put it in not even boiling water for 30 seconds, not even the whole time. It was melted to the bottom of a plastic bowl. Then when I fitted it into my mouth, despite getting the largest size, it fits very poorly and is very extremely loose and squeaky between the two parts. And don't even think about adjusting it like it says you can do. You have to manually pull it apart roughly and then hope for the best when you snap it back together. This thing is complete garbage. I don't get it because all they had to do was copy someone else, which they did, but they did it extremely poorly. For American made this is a joke. Who knows that the American made part is even true these days. No one seems to care. Do not buy this or anything that looks like this version. It will make you very unhappy.

This thing works!!
According to my wife I snore like a chainsaw. I had used a mouthpiece years ago made by my dentist with some success but it was only an upper mouthpiece with a tab on the bottom to extend my lower jaw. It worked ok but was very uncomfortable based on the design so I quit using it. Upon ordering this product with both an upper and lower mouthpiece that was adjustable, I was hopeful. The very first night of use, I woke up a few times through the night but actually felt noticeably more rested than usual in the morning. My wife said my snoring was almost totally gone. I started out in a minimal lower jaw extension position and used it for two weeks in that position to allow my jaw to get used to it. I then extended my lower jaw to the next extended position and apparently that was where it needed to be. My snoring is gone. My wife wakes up in the middle of the night and checks to see if I’m still in bed next to her because I’m so quietly sleeping. Just a note or two. You might drool a little wearing it mouthpiece. You may wake up with a dry mouth. I keep a bottle of water on the nightstand. A small trade off to sleep better. Follow the directions exactly to mold it to your mouth and it should work fine. Look for the video on how to mold it to your mouth.

Don’t bother
I couldn’t even tell you if this would work or not. It’s impossible to keep in your mouth. I followed their sizing guide and bought the medium size and it feels like you’re trying to sleep with a hockey puck in your mouth. My jaw was sore after a few minutes and I could feel pain in my temples. Ridiculous design.

Works, but barely?
The fit is poor. Some have said its only too small if you have a small mouth. I wasn't worried as I have a large mouth. However, the problem is the width of plastic between where your teeth go and where your lips go. This is simply too thick, and so it sorta uncomfortably pushes my lips forward. An additional aspect of the discomfort is that if my tongue goes forward, it blocks the holes that allow for mouth breathing....yet, that seems to not be an issue for me. Does it work? Yeah, it does. My wife has always said that I snore really loudly for the first hour or so after I go to sleep. Some nights are worse if I have congestion. Anyway with this mouthguard in, that snoring is *much* softer and doesn't prevent her from sleeping. But here's the strange part: I've yet to have it in an entire night. First night I grew frustrated with it, and took it out. I knew it would take some time to adjust, so I continued using it. Every night since, I have woken at some point to find the mouthpiece is out of my mouth....without me having removed it. Just comes out or maybe I subconsciously spit it out? I dunno. Possibly I could adjust the fit to account for my slight overbite and that'd fix the issue? But at any rate it does not seem to matter because I don't resume bothering my wife with my snoring after it comes out. So no harm, no foul? Thus a very rare 3-star review for this thing. Seems for most its either a 5-star miracle or a 1-star waste.

Was hopeful, but it didn't work.
First off, I desperately wanted this to work. I have "slight" sleep apnea and didn't want to spend $500 on a custom mouth guard without testing something out first. Unfortunately, I only experienced the negative aspects of this product. First off the arrows they reference in the instructions are VERY hard to see. The molding part was easy because I've done it 100 times with mouth guards for sports. Just read instructions and don't overheat it. Secondly, it is made to shift your jaw forward which immediately puts your jaw in an unnatural position, even at the lowest setting and your jaw will hurt. Finally, it is designed to keep you breathing through your mouth ALL NIGHT LONG. You try and keep your mouth closed and breath through your nose a little, but it's pretty large and you can't help but mouth breath. The problem with mouth breathing for what should be a now relaxing 8 hour sleep is the driest mouth and throat you will ever have. Keeping in mind I slept for ONE hour, not eight, before waking up to the worst dry mouth ever and then tossed it across the room. I'm pessimistic so I knew it wouldn't work, so I'm not shocked.

Great quality and very comfortable!
I’m really happy with this mouth guard. The material feels sturdy but still comfortable in the mouth, and it fits well without feeling bulky. It’s been helping a lot with teeth grinding at night, and I wake up with less jaw tension. The included case is a nice bonus — it keeps everything clean and easy to store or travel with. Cleaning is simple, and the guard holds its shape well. Overall, this is a great value for the price and works just as expected. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable night guard.

SilentZ Pro 2: Better sleep. Well rested.
Update to review below: The large device was too large for my mouth. After receiving and molding the smaller device, I found that it fit perfectly and was comfortable to wear throughout the entire night. When I wake up from a sleep while wearing it, I feel more rested and ready to face my day. As you can read below I believed I had properly measured my mouth dimensions prior to ordering the large unit. I’m an average guy with average jaw and mouth. The small device fits me perfectly. Would recommend to others to see if it works for you. ================= I purchased the SilentZ Pro 2 in the large size, which is recommended based on the measurements provided by the manufacturer, hoping it would help reduce my snoring. The packaging was impressive, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Molding the device to fit my mouth was straightforward and hassle-free, which I appreciated. However, my experience with the device itself was disappointing even in the non-adjusted state. The large size makes it incredibly difficult to insert into the mouth, and once in, it’s nearly impossible to close my mouth comfortably. The device feels bulky and intrusive, causing significant discomfort throughout the night. After using it for just one night, I woke up with intense pain in my front teeth that lasted for several hours, which was alarming and unpleasant. While I had high hopes that the SilentZ Pro 2 would help alleviate my snoring, the pain, discomfort, and oversized design make it unbearable to use. For me, the cost of this solution is too high, and I’d rather live with the snoring than endure this device. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it due to its size, discomfort, and painful side effects. Who knows, maybe it will work for you.
