Is this low fodmap? The description says low fod map, but the comparison checkmarks don't show it.

Monash only certified the 7's cubes (all varietie), low sodium chicken powder, low sodium vegetable powder. Of all these, the 7s are the safest bet, specifically listing dried celery outside the vegetable flavorings line, and no others. Now in reality, the other powder products are probably fine as long as they're just used as stock concentrate and not directly sprinkled. The ultra cubes are questionable - you'd have expected them to pass monashs testing since that's their only use. If you are in elimination, it's best to play it safe and stick to the items that are definitely monash certified. However if youre just worried about triggering the sensitivity, most probably you will be fine with the ultracubes.

Very good product with great flavor without the worry and side effects of MSG. We used it for soups, flavoring rice, and other dishes for great flavor. Yes it’s expensive compared to the other brands that contain bad chemicals and MSG.
