Exactly the same as the adult version. You just give less of it to a child. I buy the children's version because the mixed berry is the best flavor and isn't usually available in the adult version. Also the price for two bottles from Amazon is the same price as one bottle from nearby stores. This stuff works immediately. Within seconds. Much better than prescription nausea meds. Wish I'd discovered this years ago.
