My purchase arrived packed well in its original shipping box and there were no signs of damage and all the contents appeared to be correct. This was a large and expensive order so I was glad that it arrived quickly so I could inspect it, set it up and use it to make sure all was working normally.

Well, we can wait. The actual device is fabulous as far as cutting goes the connectivity and the software that comes with it is absolutely terrible full of bugs keeps on disconnecting, even when hooked up to the computer, which is really the only way I can use it. Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting doesn’t have Bluetooth like the old models absolutely terrible software.

I did return it because for being twice as fast you still had to run things through two or three times. They were kind enough to take it back and refund my money though.

There is a defect when engraving pictures. Customer service is terrible and almost never answers. Update I was mistaken about their customer service. They actually called me and are actively working with me and making video calls to help me out. Thank you!! Update 2 I couldn't level the laser when using it upright. The leveling screws just work if you use the machine the standard way, but it is almost impossible to engrave a lager tumbler without changing the orientation of the laser. Returned it and I am waiting for the refund.

Terrible support. Multiple emails with order info, photos, and phone number; only automated replies, a sketchy Facebook link, and YouTube links. No phone/Zoom help, drivers and calibration problems, machine never worked. I asked about a refund before Amazon’s return window closed and still got no real help. Not recommended unless you’re already an expert
