The bottle I was delivered had a foaming dispenser attached. No where in the product description does it say it comes with foaming dispenser. Why?

Mine did not come that way. I have no idea why yours did. They do make one with a foaming dispenser but not the smaller size bottle.

Is this good to use before surgery. kathy

This is a great product to use prior to surgery for cleansing the skin of bacteria.

does this have dye and or fragrance? Many versions have red dye.

For what it is worth, you can buy other products that are equivalent that are not red like this one. Hibiclens contains red dye #40.

Does this product have a moisturizer? I am looking for a soap without perfume and moisturizer.

It does have a fragrance that is mild. I don't think it specifically has a moisturizer but my hands never feel irritated after using it. We are completely satisfied with the product and have used it for over a year.
