I’ve tried a couple of different brands & nothing tastes like Masienda. All of the colors of masa are very good, with the yellow being my favorite. I can make tasty, delicate, thin tortillas with it. It’s delicious for sandwiches. In Addition, it’s the healthiest one around. I’ve read the labels & compared the fiber content. Maseinda masala has as much as 3 times the fiber content of other brands. Yes, it’s more expensive, but it’s worth every penny.

AMAZING FLAVOR I bought this to replace my other masa harina which unfortunately had soy (soy allergy) contamination. The flavor of this is so good I regret buying tortillas. I used it for cornbread and it is finely ground snd soft. I can't wait to make tortillas with it.

Full flavored corn. Makes tortillas that make you come back for more. Rich corn flavor. Some of the best tasting corn flour available commercially we've found. If you make your own tortillas, this is the stuff.

Today I made a single batch using directions on packaging. The tortillas did not fluff up or bubble, which is fine. However, I'm curious if my ping pong ball size should of been larger. The final tortillas were the size of street taco tortillas. Did I make them too thin? Did they need more water? Or something else? See attachment This was my first experience making tortillas using your product, the taste is delicious! Look forward to making more with your guidance.
