今まで3社のマウスガードを使ってきましたが、最も外殻部がしっかりしています。小さめか？と一瞬思いますが、上歯列にしっかりハマり、ズレません。口の中での自己主張も控えめなので、あまりオエッてなりません。良いマウスガードだと思います。

趣味でキックボクシングをしていて、スパークリング用に買いました。 手軽に歯形もとれ、作り直しもできるため、重宝してます。 ただ、試合に出場したり、強めのスパークリングをするときは少し不安です。 試合用はきちんと歯医者で作製し、こちらはあくまで練習用としての使用をおすすめします。

ナイトガード用のマウスピースから競技用に換えてみる目的で購入。 とにかく分厚い。1.5mmくらいありそう。 色の種類が多くてかっこいいが、分厚いから口を閉じたらオランウータンみたいになります。 そして、私は特にマウスピースをはめるときは嗚咽するタイプですが、スポーツ中に大きい声でおえっと何度もいいました。 温めるときはスプーンで抑えてはいけません。スプーンにくっついて苦戦しました。 そのままお湯に落とすだけでいいと反省。

I was having really hard times with other mouth guards cause they don't fit in my mouth. I constantly got cuts and fat lips, I can't talk with my mouth guard on. After moulding, opro fit perfectly in my mouth. I can talk clearly, didn't get any cuts. Recommended.
