I wanted to like this so very much. I adore tres leches, and I adore Cinnamon Toast Crunch. However, the taste of these little flavor explosions seemed to me to be something that a child might enjoy, but as an adult myself, these were overwhelmingly sweet. The flavor was not anything like I was hoping it would be, the box was rather small, and, honestly, I'd rather just purchase regular CTC at the grocery store. It didn't taste fresh at all, there wasn't even all that much of it, so the overall value of the product was close to nothing for me. I didn't feel like the quality that's normally there with typical CTC, carried on to this here. Overall, I'm rather disappointed. I hope CTC could maybe come up with something else with this that doesn't taste like someone decided to melt an entire bag of sugar into a cereal bowl. Well. At least then that could be altered into something else. This stuff - definitely can't. The quality is just gross, as is the texture. I had high hopes for this. I hope I can change my review in the future.

Too sweet for me but if you like that might be good for you. I do love tres leches but just not a fan 🤷🏼♀️

The flavor just doesn’t make any sense. It doesn’t taste like Tres Leches at all. It had a really weird taste and it got better the more I ate it but honestly it’s not worth eating and it left a gross aftertaste in my mouth. super artificial tasting too. Extra star because the packaging was good and the cereal box was in perfect condition and the cereal itself wasn’t crushed at all

Overwhelmingly condensed milky. I'm not a tres leches expert, but I've eaten it more than once, and I've made it, so I think I know what it tastes like. The cereal would be better if it had more cream flavor and less condensed milk flavor. It almost tastes like just straight caramel flavoring. The cereal is also way too sweet. I know it's a treat but my goodness. I've been known to polish off a whole box of certain cereals in a single day. I had one bowl of this, and I'm good for at least a month. Pass.
