**Q: Just received it in the mail, sounds like a rattle or something has come loose inside?**
A: No it will make a rattling sound because that's part of the puzzle. Mine sounds the same way but it's perfectly fine. Just don't bang it against things thinking it's got something stuck!

**Q: How many pieces in total when it's taken apart?  The picture on the box seems to show 5, including a very small hex nut, which I don't want lost.**
A: Yes it is 5 pieces.

**Q: Is this harder than the nutcase**
A: Much harder. I had nutcase apart and back together in 10 minutes.  I still haven’t put quartet back together. I set it aside for the last long while because I got frustrated with it.

**Q: Does the solution to Nutcase involve a cross-threaded nut? I need to know if I am breaking my puzzle and need to get it back.**
A: There's no cross threading of either nut

Complicado de uma forma simbólica, porque você pode deduzir os movimentos corretos por uma abordagem mais observadora e "filosófica", senão você fica apenas em tentativa e erro e isso seria uma abordagem bastante demorada, imatura e desnecessária.

Hasta ahora es el que más he tardado en resolver, el mecanismo y la solución es tan original que al final, todo el puzzle tiene sentido. Hago una amplia recomendación a este puzzle de hanayama, no es nada fácil y parece no tener solución, ya con algo de análisis vas encontrando el camino correcto, en fin solo les puedo decir que es una especie de laberinto que no puedes ver, si no solo sentirlo al giro de sus partes. 10 en originalidad, calidad y diseño. Puzzle nivel 6 de 6. Until now it is the one that has taken me the longest time to solve, the mechanism and the solution is so original. I highly recommend this hanayama puzzle, it's not easy at all and there seems to be no solution, but with a little of analysis you'll find the right path, I can only tell you that it's a kind of labyrinth that you can't see, just feel it at the turn of its parts. 10 in originality, quality and design. Puzzle level 6 of 6.
