I got these to replace Traxxas 2075's, They have plastic shells and gears and make 9kg@6v. I'm limited by my stock reciever only being able to take 5.5v. These servo's say 20kg on the case, they have a metal side case and all metal gears. Their claimed actual torque is 18kg@5v and [email protected]. I installed 2 of these in my brushless E-MAXX, which at the low end should double the torque. They are way more powerful but they have trouble keeping center, it's like every time you turn the center moves a little to the opposite side in neutral. The servo's aren't fighting against each other I tuned that sht perfectly. I have 2 of the same brand blue 35kg servo's. I have 1 in my Slash 4x4 and it's "overkill" if there's such a thing. So I'm gonna throw the 2 35kg's in my E-REVO and see how that goes. That truck has plagued me with recentering since I got it. The 2075's in that are so weak. Wish me luck

Metal gears. Hasn't failed yet, and my students beat on them pretty hard. The MG995s croaked pretty fast; gears stripped. Just make sure your power supply can provide at least 3A for those moments when it's under high torque.

Been using 2 of these Servos in our Life Cycle Tester, and I am surprised by the Long Life of these motors. They have done about 3 million+ cycles in a very narrow travel band. Wonder what kind of Potentiometer is being used for position sensing. Great Servos at a very nice price!!

Work well and have lots of torque, but a little slower than normal RC Airplane servo or as specified!
