The noodles are light, and strike a singular balance between firm and chewy. The broth-concentrate soup is very delicious and savory, and the prep honestly couldn't be easier. This soup is delicious. I only have two criticisms (and they're not, really). The red spice powder is undeniably pleasant and a perfect complement to the broth, but I don't know that I'd call it "hot". And the elephant in the room - you'd be forgiven for likening ten dollars per serving (that's three complete servings per box) of instant ramen to the noodle soup version of "millennial burger joint", but keep in mind that this is clearly pretty high quality, and it's also imported, and there's a global trade war going on.
