The price has gone up $10?

Unbelievable how much price has gone up. Last week price was $25.00, now it’s $26.10. When I bought it before on amazon, it was $18.95. Not in my budget at present prices.

Can i mix espoma land and sea with potting mix for container flowers? if so, what ratio do i mix with potting mix?

We use it to to off the planting. It organic so safe to use mixing or topping off. We've had great results.

Is this good for top dressing around a tree?

In my opinion it's good for top dressing all plants. Some gardeners use it instead of mulch. The only downside that I know of is animals like the smell.

what happens if it freezes

It would thaw eventually. Thaw same as when a bag of potting soil would freeze.
