If you are Costa Rican, no explanation necessary (Si Ud. es de Costa Rica, no hay que explicar). If you have been to Costa Rica and want to revisit it with your taste-buds, this is the ticket!!! My wife made tamales for Christmas and they were delightful. The Salsa Lizano was such a splendid treat and getting it delivered to the house was a bonus. We used to have to go get it as specialty stores over an hour away. We used to buy it by the case. Now we can get these two little bottles...LOVE IT!!!

This is so tasty on food. I had this when I was in Costa Rica. Fantastic on eggs in the morning. Had with rice and beans. I also made chicken and rice, Just a few drops goes a long way. I will buy again.
