I really like this pen. I actually bought this one and another to be gifted to my man, same fonts, but different style. So it's a "His and Her" version. I got the stainless steel "silver and gold" accent. Mine arrives perfectly fine and I am so happy with it! Meanwhile, I got the "black and gold" for my man with is name engraved. Unfortunately, his pen arrived with some minor defects, no faults to the seller, but it's likely a manufacturer defects, it's minor, most people probably wouldn't even notice, but I DO. And this particular pen was meant to be a gift for a special man in my life, it can't have any defects. So I won't be able to gift that to him, and had to find a new replacement. The seller was very understanding, and customer service was top notch and they made it right. I was very happy with the customer service provided. I will certainly repurchase from this seller again. I like that these pen also feels pretty solid, it has a nice weight to it, feels premium and has a modern, sleek design. I also like that it's the perfect size/width, it's not a skinny pen or one of those "fat pen" either. These feels perfectly well-balanced and writes very well, it glides smoothly. I do like the twist-and-close design, most elegant premium pen has that design, versus the "press" mechanism. It's also very easy to replace the refills inside, you simply twist until it opens, and close once you replace the refill. I also like that I can customize my pens, with personal engravings. I also like that it comes in an elegant black box, which makes it ideal for gifting. I also like that these pen are Made in the U.S. as well, which translates to quality and well-made product.

This black customized pen is of excellent quality and very durable with a beautiful shade of black ink flow, the name designed on the pen is perfectly done, it feel so good in my hand and I'm very pleased with this seller and my purchase.

I ordered these FANSTIK customized ballpoint pens as Christmas gifts for my team and paired them with a nice journal. I chose the black pen with gold engraving, and they arrived quickly and looked lovely. The engraving came out very nicely, and the pens have a good, solid feel for the price. They present beautifully and feel much more special than a standard pen, without being expensive. I haven’t personally written with them yet, so I can’t comment on the writing quality, but as a personalized gift, they were exactly what I was hoping for. This is the kind of item I like to keep in my favorites for when I need a thoughtful, customized gift on short notice. Overall, a great value and something I would absolutely order again. I only gave this 4 stars because I haven't actually written with it so I cannot in good conscience give it a 5 star rating. I know this doesn't help with the functionality piece.

I acquired the pen in March 2025. I appreciate its tactile qualities, writing performance, ink flow, and overall functionality; however, the paint is unfortunately peeling, which is a significant concern for me. UPDATE I contacted Fanstik directly seven days ago, and she stated: "After receiving your order from Amazon, I saw that your pen is no longer under warranty. However, I spoke with the manager and was able to arrange a free replacement for you." Me: "That's excellent, thank you. I just have one question: would it be possible to increase the font size? I find it to be a bit small." And they did, and now I have a new pen thanks to them. The last picture is the new pen.
