I microwave the chocolate until it is barely melted, and then I stir it until it is completely melted.

Ingredients: Sugar, partially hydrogenated palm kernel and cottonseed oils, nonfat dry milk, milk, glyceryl lacto esters of fatty acids, soy lecithin added as an emulsifier, blue 1 lake, salt, and artificial flavor added.

Where is this product made?

To the best of my knowledge, the wafers are made in the USA. Merckens started up in the US (Buffalo, NY) and is currently owned by Cargill

You should never refrigerate or freeze chocolate. Keep stored in a dark, cool place.
