Arrived in perfect condition. No cracks in plastic jar. Sealed well and not expired. This was a wonderful price for such a delicious pistachio cream! I used this to make dubia chocolate bars. I read a lot of reviews on pistachio cream and reviewed many different brands. I decided to try this one. Price point per ounce and reviewers comments helped me decide. This is a wonderfully flavored pistachio cream. Perfect amount of sweetness to pistachio savory flavor. I will be getting this again. It was so delicious. I did a lot of research on pistachio cream vs pistachio butter for dubia chocolate bars. Pistachio cream is used more for dubia chocolate bars than butter. The cream is more sweet than the butter. Although certain brands pistachio butter are also on the sweet side. Just do your research and get whats suitable for your needs and wants. I highly recommend this! Absolutely delicious. It was smooth, a beautiful green color and easy to use.

Best way to describe texture, and taste is to say it's like white chocolate and hazelnut spread. It's smooth, sweet and green. Upon opening I dipped finger in to taste , then put a spoonful in a glass of milk and whisked since I bought it to make pistachio milk shake. As for quality , value and size I wouldn't know as I'd normally go for hazelnut and this is better when I compare my preference in quality but obviously you get less for price.
