It’s a pricey but worth every penny! Makes a fabulous Niçoise salad. Try Marcella Hazen’s tuna fettuccini recipe. Delicious. Tuna is sliced and makes a beautiful presentation. The texture is silky. Despite being packed in oil this brand of tuna does not taste greasy at al. Easy enough to pat off any excess with a paper towel but I leave it alone. I save the other canned dry as dust to make a tuna salad sandwich filling with mayo. I have bought this many times. Sold.

Very nice. Not the best ventresca I’m used to enjoying. The price of these cans might suggest a top quality product. I would not buy again.
