FLAVORS does not have to be refrigerated, but it retains it's taste better if it is refrigerated. Once opened, the product should be used within 1 year.

How is this in terms of expiration date? Good for week? Month?

Thank you for the question. If FLAVORS is unopened, it will always have an expiration date that is at least 9 months away from the date of purchase. Once opened, the FLAVORS powder does not need to be refrigerated, but it is best to use it within 3 months. If stored in a refrigerator, FLAVORS will remain fresh for up to 6 months.

Could this be applied to a dog's chew toy?

Thank you for the question. This depends on the toy, but we know two ways we would recommend using FLAVORS in combination with a chewy toy. First, you can make a broth by adding FLAVORS to water and then freezing that mixture in the toy (commonly done with an original KONG toy). The second way you could apply FLAVORS to certain chew toys would be to add a small amount of water to make a paste (similar to the consistency of toothpaste) and then stuff the toy with the mixture.

My puppy is a picky eater, she wasn’t eating her food. All she wanted was treats. Sprinkling these seasonings has changed that. She really likes the cheese flavored one and the peanut butter one. She is now eating her food.
