Love it a in a smoothie: 2 teaspoons of this powder mixed with a 1/4 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt, 8 ounces of Simply Light raspberry lemonade, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon of MCT oil, 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries, and a small chunk of fresh ginger with a hand full of ice, blended smooth, is an almost tropical smoothie delight. I think almost any frozen fresh fruit would pair nicely in a smoothie with this Elixer. It has fiber to fill you up and a nice smooth energy lifter. It would be nice if it came in an upright container instead of a bag because it is a very loose powder so plan on having a container to keep it in and make it easier to use.

As I've progressed through my thirties it's been really important to ensure I'm getting all the greens, vitamins and minerals I need, particularly when these may not be consistently consumed through food. I've tried all of the Welleco Elixir flavours and this is my fat and away the best. I've found the others to be too sweet, or slightly artificial tasting. This is a lovely balanced flavour for first thing in the morning. I prepare mine in matcha shaker with cold water which has provided the best consistency.

Lemon/ginger flavor is very good. I like the product. Somewhat expensive, though.

Fanastic product

Unfortunately, I had to throw out this product. I tried it for 3 days, and it made me feel horrible, bloated everywhere, and I had the worst headache for days. It doesn’t taste good…even when masked as a smoothie. I was really hoping that this would work for me but it didn’t. Buy with caution…
