The product speaks for itself.it does what it says it will do.it was used for weight gain after cancer treatment.Gained 32 healthy lbs in 3 months .thank you

I am trying to gain weight after being ill and Boost is helping. I am seldom hungry, so a Boost carries me a bit. Make sure you shake it very well or you get a poor aftertaste. Otherwise it tastes pretty good.
