So convenient and tasty
I tried these first for the great protein content and low(er) sugar (my goal is usually 7 gm or less of sugar), and the convenience. I've used low fat milk instead of water and the texture is fluffier, but when milk isn't available water does fine. I add walnuts to certain flavors as an extra treat...I love nuts. I've seen where others use apple sauce to blend the powder which sounds intriguing. I've tried several of the variety packs, and I've liked all the flavors...maple pumpkin with walnuts or cinnamon roll with walnuts are my favs with banana caramel being my least favorite. I primarily eat them for breakfast, but I've also grabbed them for a mid afternoon snack or for a workout. These are a much better choice than doughnuts, pastries, candy bars, and chips....all the usual quick temptations when hunger hits and willpower is low. In a minute or less you have a filling and nutritional alternative. For those complaining about the taste, you have to be aware that taste levels for salt, fat, and sugar are individual so if you eat high levels of one or the other in your other foods then you are definitely going to miss them in this product. Bottom line, if you eat nutritionally or want to eat nutritionally, and need to satisfy your hunger with something convenient this is a great product. I like them so much that I've had them shipped to client sites ahead of my business trips so that I KNOW there is a good breakfast or snack available.

A flavor review after 400+ muffins
I initially began eating Mighty Muffins about 400ish muffins ago. At that point, flavors were limited and I fell in love with the double chocolate, so I ordered it 32 times. Since then more flavors were introduced, so I decided to give them a try and maybe find my new favorite. This selection seemed like a good choice, because double chocolate was included just in case the rest of the flavors weren't great. As pictured, you get two muffins of each flavor and I've eaten them all at least 10 times. From the top: Banana Chocolate Chip - 10/10. Best flavor ever, possibly my new number 1. Glad to see we can get whole cases of this now! Blueberry - 6/10. Not bad, definite blueberry flavor just not enough in my opinion. The non-flavored or vanilla muffin part is not my favorite. Cinnamon Apple - 4/10. I always very grudgingly ate this one last. I still have one in my pantry. It's lived there awhile. The cinnamon flavor is good, but the overall taste of this one is meh. I like to be a little excited about my food. Cinnamon Roll - 8/10. Like eating a cinnamon roll. Great for variety! Double Chocolate - 9/10. I'm a diehard double chocolate fan. It goes with every beverage I drink and it still hasn't gotten old-old. Lemon Cream - 7/10. Good, but not the greatest. I still enjoyed eating it. Don't be afraid to try new flavors (or just order the Banana Chocolate Chip)!

An Amazon Review you can ACTUALLY trust.
Unlike most Amazon reviews these days, I like to actually spend time using a product (at the very least several weeks) before I write a review. Most of us want to know whether we will still like what we bought months to years down the road. That being said, these "Mighty Muffins" definitely fit the bill. I have tried nearly every single flavor Mighty Muffin (except pumkin) thus far and have been eating these for over a month now and can tell you from an intermediate bodybuilder's perspective, these are great for cutting with a sweet tooth. The macros on these things have been awesome! For a 50-gram, 220-240-calorie snack, the break down is about F-18, C-42, P-40, with each muffin containing 20 grams of protein! For those who don't track or care about macros, the flavor is great; some better than others, but in my opinion, every flavor has been really tasty -- especially paired with a cup of black coffee. The texture will depend on how long you microwave it, but I like mine to be moist (sorry about that adjective, as I am aware at least 60% of the US population cringe at it), so I'm at about 30-ish seconds in the radiation box. This brings me to the common mistakes people make when preparing these. First, I would recommend a relatively powerful microwave -- one that can pop a large bag of popcorn in under 2 mins (about 1200 watts). The reason is, I have tried microwaving these in weaker-powered microwaves and can never get the end result the way I want it. It will end up either too dry, or too underdone. Also, follow the recommendation for liquid to dry ingredients. It says 1/4 cup of water, so don't use more or less and measure out 1/4 cup of water. Stir COMPLETELY until all of the dry is fully incorporated with the wet and forms somewhat of a dough. Finally, after microwaving, if you like *moist* (sorry again), then microwave and let sit for 60 seconds or so before consuming. The cooking process will continue after the microwave stops as the heat escapes the cup. These are definitely NOT for those who are on a budget. They are insanely expensive. If you're looking for low-cost protein products, keep looking, because these aren't it. If you can afford the high cost, however, they are a tasty treat that won't stick to the belly.

Decent. Not the best, not the worst.
I purchased a mixed-flavor box so that I could try them all. I have tried 3 flavors so far. These muffins are good in that they supply protein and cook up in the microwave quite well. They have a good consistency, are not too dry, and are a good portion size. Based on the labels, they are half the calories, half the fat and half the carbs of other muffins of similar size; but they are, for the most part, also half the flavor. That’s not to say they are bad tasting; on the contrary, they are fine, if a bit blah. Adding some butter or a bit of jam makes them more palatable. I will likely buy these again.

First time trying these and was pleasantly surprised! They turned out to be super delicious and then have a very muffin like texture straight out of the microwave. Super easy to make and quick! Ill be buying these again for sure

I bought these to have on days where I wake up late for work and need to through something in my bag or eat quickly before I leave. These are super convenient and pretty tasty. The standout flavor for me was the Chocolate one, it tastes amazing. I wouldn't particularly purchase the other flavors again but I would definitely buy the Double Chocolate ones in the future. I recommend warming them up for the minimum time specified because I found that they sometimes got spongey if I cooked them for too long.

Honestly this product is not too bad! Be sure to follow the instructions and only put 1/4 cup of water (I put half water half milk). The flavour isn't amazing but it's a decent breakfast or snack with high protein.

This particular order seems off. I’ve tried 3 of the flavours from my shipment and they all seem to have a funny smell and taste, almost chemical. Best before dates are all 2019 so I’m confused. I buy these all the time and I’ve never experienced this before. I will not be consuming any of these.
