How is this different than the previous alcohol free neutrogena toner in the blue bottle?

Hi the ingredients makes the difference.

I see it's hypoallergenic. But is this product noncomedogenic?

I believe this product does not cause whiteheads. It is a clear liquid without oils.

I went to the Neutrogena site and this product is not listed. Is it a counterfeit product?

I don’t think it’s counterfeit. I googled it and plenty of other sites offer same product. I can’t answer as to why it’s not showing on Neutrogena site.
