Would have given it full stars, however one problem that I am facing since I started using, as soon as I put my laptop in it, the bag gets heavy and the hook opens itself automatically..fear of falling things and as it has single handle u have no option than to carry on ur shoulders to avoid its openingOtherwise very beautiful bag and nice pockets

This is an extremely sub-standard product. Had bought this just before COVID and didn't have the chance to try it on a trip because of the lock down. It appeared to be a sturdy bag. Last week, i had the opportunityto use it on a tour and to my shock I realised that the front lock doesn'twork. Yes, your bag opens up all the time ... even on the lightest of weight kept inside ... even when there is nothing inside and you are carrying it! What a colossal waste of money! To add insult to injury, there is no redressal mechanism. Amazon customer care tell you this is out of return period. They give you the company customer care number and no one picks up there! Easily the worst product I have ever purchased on Amazon.Just leave this product page righ now and never ever look back! And I still hope someone in the company will have some shame and a sense of responsibility to fix my problem.It is more and more apparent to me that it is no Japanese product. It is probably a rip off made in our own Dharavi or Kanpur.

The dimensions given in product description is misleading. Lenovo laptops do not fit, also the finish of coffee brown bag is very plasticky, does not show the cost, though the design is very good, did not like the material used. Retuned as my Lenovo could not fit I

I had placed order for this handbag for my wife. I must admit that i had never heard of the brand while placing the order. But was willing to take the gamble having trust in Amazon that we could return it if we did not like it. But after receiving the prosuct, both of us were surprised and happy with the quality of the product that too at such an affordable price.

I generally don't write any review, but this time it forced me to do, I have used this bag for only 7 days and this is what the results after 7days,First time I have gifted this to someone and they feel that its a cheap bag

Beautifully crafted bag which I got as a gift from one of my friend. Very pleased with the quality and colour of the bag. I already have bags from some of the top brands and the quality of this bag is as fine as of the other bags. The bag is a great combination of style and functionality, very happy to replace my laptop back pack and handbag with this one bag which can carry loads of my stuff and feels light on my shoulder. I have been complimented by many in the office for the bag.

I have been using the Ichimoko work handbag for a month now- I am extremely happy with the product. Everyone at work keeps asking me about where I got the bag from! This bag has great storage space, multiple compartments and looks fantastic with every outfit. I absolutely love the quality of this product. I can easily put this bag on my laptop trolley bag and it saves me a lot of trouble at the airport. Finally, I have found a bag which is not only great looking but also very functional.

I really loved the way the bag has carefully thought out compartments for all the things that just get tossed in a handbag apart from the laptop! It’s brilliantly ergonomic! And while functional it doesn’t compromise on style! It’s elegant, the marine blue color is beautiful and subtle! The leather finish and hinges are of great quality. The handbag market hasn’t yet come up with a product that is suitably adapted for women, this one definitely is a first and a must, must have!
