However, if treating a full tank go ahead and add the product and agitate with any available method. ie. circulation, stirring, etc. Biobor JF is dual-phase soluble in both fuel and water, so it will begin to migrate through out the tank on its own, it will just be a slower process. It is better to go ahead and treat the tank and let it mix in time, versus no treatment at all.
