It seems to do a wonderful job at warming towels, but the power button arrived broken or isn’t seated well — it doesn’t press in properly and I’ve tonight it for a few minutes to get it to turn on. Maybe I need to return it as broken. Maybe it has build quality issues.

Good capacity, good color but does not have settings just off and on.
