They make my feet great. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by A***R on August 24, 2022* The insole has quite a bit of cushion and a very stiff arch support which is exactly what I was looking for with a shoe that is a little too flexible to my liking. Size wise I bought the men's 9-9.5 insole and it fits perfectly in both a pair of 9.5 and 9.0 shoes.
