Tested at 4 concerts
I had a musical summer in 2022. I went to see Ghost, Denzel Curry, Gorillaz, and Joji, and I brought these to each show. If you're not familiar with the lyrics of some songs, these might make them difficult to understand, but lots of sound is still let through albeit at a reduced volume. The carrying case, cord, and cleaning solution are all nice additions. I can't remember any instance of poor comfort with these in, and I was able to enjoy all 4 of these incredibly different concerts with one pair of earplugs while reducing damage to my ears. These managed to survive a bunch of people stepping on them during Denzel's show because things were insane there. The cord unfortunately broke, but the main item is fine. Would recommend to avid concert goers or those concerned about their hearing.

Protects but not at the expense of the music
Wore these to a concert that was very important to me. I have tinnitus and so keeping that from increasing was also super important. Well, the claims for this product are correct! The music was not compromised, and neither was my experience. I even took one out to check, because it seemed like I was wearing nothing! And all the music and nuance was there, and so was the crowd experience, just, as the description says, with the volume turned down. They werent uncomfortable. Best of all, after a fabulous concert, I removed them, and there was NO increase or difference in my tinnitus. I had an amazing experience and feel like my hearing was properly protected. Recommend these highly.

Good but annoying to remove
Good sound and comfortable in my ears, but they can be pretty difficult to extract because they don't have kind of bits sticking out to grab onto with your fingers.

Awesome plugs!
Earplugs are sexy kids! Don't mess with your hearing because tinnitus is no fun; trust me. If you're someone that likes going to loud shows and finally done with being too cool for school, these are some of the bestplugs I've tried. Sure, they lower the volume, but the sound is attenuated to still capture highs/lows with maybe a slight roll off of highs. Quite frankly they actually make a lot of shows sound way better. How many shows have you been to with crappy PA speakers, terrible room acoustics and guitar thrashing and bass that is reverberating all over the place. The plugs seem to tame that lion and bring the sound back into focus. Another benefit is you can actually talk to and hear people during the show. Wish I was using these 20 years ago. As a caveat, I do have smaller ear canals. I don't have any fitment/removal issues but read here these may not be the plug for those with larger ear canals, so can't speak to that.

They really work!
I used them for the first time and was very impressed with the comfort and fit, as well as the way they helped to reduce the loud music but still allowed me to converse with my friends. I would recommend these to anyone.

Not even worth the try.
Packed really bad. When open the ear plugs just fell on my desk. I got the feeling that the ear plugs was already used just as thoese looked and packed (there wasn’t any seal to the ear plugs as I used to see with even the cheapest ones I bought). After this I tried them. When using without live music it is fine, voice is clear and it reduce I believe sounds that are too loud. When using it with live music it has some very loud echo which make it impossible to enjoy the music. I tried to put it again and so on but this sound (which wasn’t in the music) kept to be heard when those were on. When touching the filter the sound stopped so I guess it the feature of the filter. So this product wasn’t what I was expected for this brand and for this price tag. Just to mention that I have experience with other ear plugs for music that were amazing and expected something similar. Also with cheap ear plugs I use sometimes for sleep etc which are much more effective (those doesn’t have any “new” echo sound). The product quality here and the package is so poor that I think it’s not worth buying. Very bad. I would definitely return mine and not buy again from that brand.

Hard to remove from your ear IMO. And do you really get the level of attenuation advertised?
Working musician, have traditionally used just foam plugs. Then moved to Etymotic ER20XS plugs hoping to hear things better .. I did, but not enough attenuation for some gigs. So decided to try the Alpines. Right out of the box, I tried them. When inserted I thought I'd never get them out (there's no pull tab like the Etys). So put the neck string (lanyard) on the plugs .. the string came loose before the plug would come out. Perhaps I had them inserted "too deep", but felt that was needed for the seal. But to the next point. To be fair, I'm starting to question these and other "high fidelity" ear plugs in general with respect to true attenuation ratings. I ran the CDC's NIOSH Hearing Protection Quick Test, ".. a quick test of whether you are getting at least a minimal 15 decibel (dB) level of protection..". I ran the test with 33db foam plugs, and w/ a pair over the ear muffs. Both passed the test. I then ran the test w/ these ear plugs -- and others -- which failed, i.e. per the test I was not getting 15 dB of protection. Your mileage may very well vary, and there are some situations where these do seem fine.

I work construction and I've bought almost all the 19db earplugs on amazon and these are by far the best. Carry case is pretty cheap and seems like it will break soon but including 3 sizes, being comfortable and affordable makes these the best earplugs I've used. I use them for everything and never need more ear protection. But they aren't so isolated that I can't ear anything or my blood rushing through my body.

Super bouchons d’oreilles 👂✨.
