These were a little thinner than I expected. Installed in our church auditorium and seem to be holding up pretty well. Don’t stain very easy and vacuum picks most everything right up. Install was easy. 1600 sq ft auditorium in one day. Still have a few boxes for offices. Price wasn’t too bad and backing seems pretty durable. Color in pictures is pretty accurate.

Reasons to purchase these tiles was a brand name and coverage area. Tiles are thin and firm to lay down flat, easy to cut with craft knife or scissors. I chose to lay with the weave as pattern is busy enough. Laying wasn't difficult only hard on the knees. Only corners taped down. Grandson likes the floor!

Very easy to install. Does need carpet tape so it doesn’t slide (not included) Color is not true, more of a blue gray than brown but didn’t matter to me.
