Morton & Bassett Spices, Ground Cinnamon, 2.2 Ounce

After I read the news about lead contamination in cinnamon I thoughteven though my kids are grown, I don't want to eat lead either! yes it's way more expensive than the dollar store or even most grocery brands but seeing as though one bottle will probably last me more than a year it's worth it to get the organic , ask copilot AI , that's how I found out about this brand being safe form lead. Morton & Bassett Ground Cinnamon is not on any FDA recall or health alert list for elevated lead levels.

I can't put my finger on it but this is the best cinnamon I ever had. One note of caution. It is a bit more intense than the usual cinnamon you buy in the market so you may want to start by using maybe half the amount that you would normally use. Also it has a quality of brightness which his hard to describe. Maybe a tiny but citrusy. A big bonus is that is is low in heavy metals and is one of the few brands out there that met this criterion.

Great cinnamon and highly rated by food experts. It is the real true cinnamon and therefore is much lighter or less intense than most Americans are used to because we were fed mostly other much cheaper garbage calling itself cinnamon on the label for most of our lives and some of us prefer that other plant or chemical cinnamon on some things, mostly highly processed sweet junk foods myself lol. Hope that makes any sense. It did to me when a chef explained that to me decades ago lol

Very good with no lead in it. Can trust this cinnamon powder.

The shake holes are too big, unless you are shaking it out over a large prigessional baking tray. Tastes great. A bunch gets wasted with the imprecise pour.

I've been using a lot of cinnamon brands over the years, but this is by far the best. It has a deep, rich cinnamon flavor and feels like it's fresh, not a jar that's been sitting on a shelf in a store for a year or more--and it costs a little more because it's organic, but it's worth every penny.

Excellent cinnamon one of the best on the market

The product is good and arrived safely. Tracking stated delivery on 3/17; it arrived on 3/18, not at garage side door as requested but on front step. I do not use front door due to health issues.
