The Sparnod STH-3007 is a compact 3‑in‑1 walking pad treadmill that delivers exactly what it promises for home use. It arrives well‑packed, works out of the box with minimal setup, and the overall build quality, looks, and ergonomics feel excellent for the price. One side functions as a regular treadmill for walking, while the other side offers an acupressure-style walking track, which is a unique and relaxing option for gentle foot massage after a session. Controls are very convenient, with three ways to operate it: via remote, controls on the hand/handle area, and buttons on the treadmill body itself, making it very easy to use for all family members. Safety and basic features are up to the mark for daily walking. Overall, very happy with the purchase and planning to share a longer-term update after 3 and 6 months of use.

After two weeks of use, I am now writing this review. The product is easy to use, offers great functionality, and operates at a nominal, smooth noise level. It is also hassle-free to carry thanks to its built-in wheels and fits perfectly under a bed or sofa. The unit was used continuously for over 40 minutes at a speed of 6km/h with no issues observed. The safety plug was also tested and performed as expected.

This walking pad is amazing. Compact, light yet sturdy. I have used full fledged treadmill earlier but I find this sufficient for my daily use from brisk walking to jogging to slow running. This one supports upto 10 kmph speed which is not available in many other walkpads. I feel that some of the features could be slightly improved to make it highly effective. One is the handle bar. Instead of fixing screws to keep it in upright position, some kind of clip lock could have been used for quick folding and unfolding. As I keep the walking pad under my bed, I don't use the bar. I am habituated with treadmills. But for new users, not unfolding it could be dangerous. Another is the oiling of the belt. Instead of manually putting oil drops under the belt some semi automatic or automatic system could have been used as are there is some walking pads. But these are minor inconveniences. Overall, this walking pad is highly recommended. For those living in a small flats where every square feet counts, this walking pad is an amazing innovation

I’ve been using the Sparnod walking pad for about two weeks now. It was very easy to install and is definitely a space saver, making it ideal for home use. On a budget, this is a great option. There is a slight clicking sound while walking — maybe due to my weight but nothing major. Overall, it works well. Their support team even followed up on their own for feedback, which was a nice touch. I’ll update this review after more use, but so far, so good.

First of all I was hesitant to buy this treadmill as I was not sure whether it serve the purpose. After a lot of research on budget friendly product rounded up to this as it served the features as I would require as well as my family would benefit from it. The Massage pad is a great boon to my parents and the normal pad for my daily walking goals. It is of very good build and a bit of heavy as well while rotating sides. The program functions on Massage pad is great. The display is very tiny though visible from walking point of view. The provided remote and the remote pad on the holding bar serves better purpose. The Assembling is very easy and if any doubt they have manual as well which is self explanatory. Great value for money product will update after 2 months.

So happy with the product! Reviewed in India on 10 October 2025 Size: STH-3007 - Delivery and Packing was perfect! Walking pad came ready to use (you have to fix few components like holding bar, remote etc as per manual). Accessories included 1 remote, 1 control panel, batteries, silica oil etc. Robust quality. Heavy but good for home use. Pros : 1. This walkpad has larger walking surface as compared to others in market. It matters a lot for 6' people like me with long strides. 2. User KG limit is also 120 KG. With thrust buffer, this is better than other options in this range. 3. Best part is that, there are 2 control panels on both sides, 1 control panel on holdbar and 1 remote. There other options I checked had only 1 remote or max 2 controls which is a risk of remote stops working. 4. I have used it few times. So far, so good. Noise level is normal, no heating on belt no abnormal vibrations or shakyness. 5. Both sides are working fine. It can be easily flipped. Cons : 1. There are only 2 wheels which allow only straight movement that too while it's in standing position. I wish they provided 4 bottom wheel (like other models) so that it can be slided easily under sofa/bed. Now it has to be dragged. I will use more and provide more details of any.

Very handy and useful product. The installation was fast and the technician who came was very helpful and polite. The walking pad is very compact and runs smoothly.

Excellent product and very useful

The walking pad was very easy to assemble and the size is just right, compact enough to fit in small spaces but still comfortable to use. Perfect for daily steps without taking up too much room.

Compact and super easy to use straight out of the box. It fits perfectly into my indoor routine and is great for quick home workouts. I also love that it has a built-in screen showing calories burned and your walking or running time — really keeps you motivated. Overall, very practical and convenient!
