I’m not usually a lipstick person but I got this for a costume, and this honestly was such a great lipstick! It’s super easy to apply, but you’ll definitely need two coats for the full affect. It’s a matte black finish and it doesn’t feel sticky, even after I applied three coats. It also wore it for about 6-7 hours, and not counting the three coats I applied right at the beginning, I did not have to reapply the entire time. It lasts through eating, drinking, lots of yapping, and once it’s dry it won’t really get on your teeth. You could probably apply a light coat of gloss if you wanted a shiny finish. It also didn’t look cakey, even after three coats. Overall, a great lipstick and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a long lasting black lipstick.

This lipstick is lovely. It has a very vibrant pigment and a nice matte finish, and also a faint, pleasant scent. It's easy to apply and feels very soft on the lips. I got another one of these in black as well. I really appreciate their vegan and cruelty free formulas. This is a good value for the price.

Love the color and staying power

Did not last like I expected. It was very dry and pastey and started to crease and transfer shortly after application.

Its waterproof but dont add lipgloss over it because it will mo longer be waterproof and will smudge all over

I have bought from this listing several times in the past and this is not what I expected to recieve. The formula is more liquidated, smells like perfume, comes in a smaller tube than I had recieved a few months ago, has an entirely different logo, and most importantly, burns. Albeit faint, I'm not someone who has allergies or sensitive skin, so it was concerning to say the least. As someone with sensory issues however, this lipstick was an absolute disappointment compared to what I had recieved my past few purchases. On top of it all, upon attempting to "make it work" this lipstick has mediocre coverage (based on multiple application attempts), transfers extremely easily, and takes over a minute to get properly dry, from which it is sticky and glossy— not matter at all. The previous formula was thicker, had better coverage, did not sting/burn my lips and only transfered *slightly* when my lips met a wet surface. I had seen other consumers complain about the applicator only when I checked back to the listing when receiving my package, as I realized something was wrong, and so I tried to swap the applicators hoping that issue wouldn't arise, only to find that the applicator for my newer one not only was too small to even fit in the given space, but my previous applicator was much too large to even try such a maneuver. If this were my actual lipstick, the one with the cursive logo, I would have given as many stars as possible. This product, however, hardly deserves half and does not live up to the expectations of the previous formula/tube. I will never be buying this product again.

Love the Matte Lipstick and love the color. I have truly found my brand of lipstick.
