Do not buy these apparently counterfeit CR 2025 cells
The Panasonic CR2025 coin cells sold by this dealer are apparently counterfeit, since the charge that they hold, as delivered, is typically a fraction of what I have been getting from known genuine cells used in the same devices. One tell-tale is that the initial fresh voltage of a genuine CR2025 Lithium cell will typically be between 3.27 and 3.34 volts from the well known manufacturers. But these, so called Panasonic, CR 2025 cells show only 3.18 to 3.20 (open circuit voltage) when fresh out of the package.I use these cells in the chest strap sensor of my heart rate monitor (HRM) when I exercise. Though I exercise regularly, known-to-be-genuine CR 2025s give good performance for more than a month producing clearly accurate heart rate info. But with the same exercise frequency, I've found that these cells only last from a few days to a little over a week in the same chest strap HRM. So again, it is apparent that the "Panasonic" cells sold by this dealer carry only a fraction of the normal charge, and thus are clearly counterfeit.

Ho to get what you expect
This part number seems to be currently the most popular size for those little handheld remote controls for cheap gadgets. They are easily replaced but the catch is that local stores sometimes charge as much as ten bucks per battery, making those cheap gadgets expensive to operate.Writing a lengthy review about a battery is a waste of time, when you buy a battery every one of them with that part number will be physically identical and have the same nominal voltage. How long it last has less to do with the brand than how you use it.So how do you choose. Literally every battery review no matter what the brand will have a few scary experiences, usually that they didn't get what they expected - their batteries were either counterfeit or past their expiration date or something else like that. Some customers insist on knowing the expiration date, that doesn't mean anything, the battery you get isn't going to have the same date as any other customer. Those folks who got burned didn't understand that for most things listed at Amazon there can be dozens or even hundreds of sellers. It's not the brand's fault that some of those sources may not be legit. It is up to us the customer to do our homework and verify the satisfaction rating of the seller and choose from the most reputable, which may not necessarily be the cheapest. The reputable dealers have too much at stake to try to pull a fast one, it’s just not worth the effort to try to make a knockoff look exactly like the authentic brand name product. Also look at the percentage of satisfied customers. If the vast majority of them are happy you have to question why a handful of others are posting negative things.I bought these Panasonic batteries from the top rated seller and they work perfectly and are everything I expected. By the way, if the expiration date has any meaning for you, these that I bought in January 2019 have an expiration date of 2027.

Interesting turn of events
I read numerous reviews in hopes of finding authentic brand name batteries, that would work. I finally purchased the Panasonic Batteries, listed for $10, thinking that if I paid more it would result in better quality. Imagine my surprise when I opened the package and inside were Sony batteries, which sell for $5 on Amazon. I understand that if Panasonic and Sony are working together, that they would sell their products interchangeably, but I'm a bit irritated I received the batteries advertised a a lower price, while I paid the higher price. Here is a link to what I received: http://www.amazon.com/Sony-CR2025-Lithium-Battery-Pack/dp/B0047X01Q4/ref=pd_sim_sbs_121_1?ie=UTF8&dpID=617d%2BI7jYsL&dpSrc=sims&preST=_AC_UL160_SR120%2C160_&refRID=1WKCCRY7ZMYYNE2V11DTHere is a link to what I ordered: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B015JR3ZUK?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00

Out of date batteries don’t last
These batteries were used for multiple room sensors in our ecobee smart thermostat. The sensors went offline and gave errors within a few weeks of battery change, and we thought we had issues with the sensors. Checked the reviews on these batteries and noticed others had the same short life issues. Cheapest isn’t always best! Lesson learned. These are trash.

These are USED!
Don't buy these, they are used and at the end of life. Replaced a dying key fob battery with these and each time the car kept saying "replace battery" for all four. These arrived in small ziploc bags, no manufacturer packaging. Bought a new one from Target and it worked perfect. These guys are trying to mislead purchasers into buying junk. Returned to Amazon for refund.

Received what I ordered
Trying to find batteries has been challenging. Reviews of various batteries offered by Amazon suggest that customers are not receiving what they think they are ordering, based on photographs and descriptions of the products. I ordered these and hoped for the best. They arrived quickly and are indeed two five-count blister packs labeled Panasonic, as pictured. The batteries themselves are all engraved with the Panasonic label too. The blister pack shows individual expiration dates. All ten produced in 2015 and expiring in 2025. Another reviewer suggested that the description by Amazon state the expiration dates. That may be possible to do. At any rate, if you could even find these in a brick and mortar store you would check the expiration date before purchasing. You would also pay $4 a battery!

Don't Waste Your Time or Money!
This is ridiculous. None of these work. I don't know if they are expired or not but picture of dates attached. It is not worth your money or time to purchase these.I purchased the Philips last time and they lasted about 3 weeks each. Will not be buying Fitbit batteries from here again.

I purchased a different brand and my fitbit is working fine. Very disappointed in the quality of these
I purchased these for my fitbit, when the battery needed replaced I opened one, then 2, then 3 then 5 and not one battery worked.I purchased a different brand and my fitbit is working fine. Very disappointed in the quality of these. I could return them for a refund but,for the price paid it is not worth my time.

Unfortunately Amazon is getting more like Ebay every day
Item description on Amazon is misleading, it says a PACK of 4 batteries when in fact what you get is 4 loose batteries stuck to a plastic strip with tape, stuffed in an envelope with a PO Box address in Salzburg. To be fair the picture does in fact show 4 batteries without packaging so I should have been more savvy when ordering. It may say panasonic on the battery but there is no packaging to confirm they are genuine article. Other reviews have commented on dimensional tolerance issues but I have not tested this yet.All the batteries were checked with an Ansmann professional battery tester and no battery reached the 3v output so working life may prove limited.Unfortunately Amazon is getting more like Ebay every day........

... plastic strip as discribed by other customers and are useless in a Fitbit I usually get 6 months these ...
I bought these they came in a plastic strip as discribed by other customers and are useless in a Fitbit I usually get 6 months these only lasted 2 weeks. I also used in luggage scales but would not work either so a threw it away only to find the batteries were faulty. Waste of money not as discribed.

Fantastic Value For Money - Potentially.
To be honest, I've only used one of these so far for a few days with no problems. Will it last as long as expected (6 months for the product it's installed in) & will the others work equally well? Only time will tell. However, at £1.39 for four of these including delivery, I've hardly lost my shirt have I as I'd normally expect to pay a lot more than that for just one battery.Delivered promptly too.So, on the face of it, this is a great bargain. If necessary, I can always update this review in a few months time.

Ex-cell-ent (sorry!)
Cannot think what to say about these they are just your bog standard 3v power cells for remotes, key fobs etc clearly from use by date they are fresh so that's good! and they are remarkably inexpensive so again that's good also from a recognized maker- Panasonic. Can only say will update you if they don't last or the unused ones don't live up to their shelf life.

Cheap batteries for a number of household items!
These batteries seem to be used in more products than I originally thought. We went through all four in about a month in different household items, from key fobs to clocks. They work well, I cannot tell if they are great or not I have no benchmark, but will update if they do not last as long as the last set of batteries we used. Panasonic is a reputable brand and they seem to know what they are doing. So these should be fine!
