This stuff literally changed my life. I used to get waylaid by mysterious stomach and digestive issues. I could never figure out what caused it. I now travel with a small container of this stuff every where I go. If my digestive system gets upset, I take some of this stuff and things magically start to get better within 15 minutes. I give it to my kids when their bellies are upset.. I have asked a lot of doctors about it, and none of them can explain it to me. (I have yet to run into a GI at a cocktail party who can explain to me what is going on.) Since I really have no idea what this stuff is, or how it works, my kids and i just call it "magic medicine."

Don’t like that it is in powder form i think it would be better in a capsule and I like it’s effectiveness just a few days and my digestive system functioned better. I like all their products that I have tried so far

One tablespoon of this product mixed with room temperature water one to two times daily between meals is the suggested dosage. If you are on any prescription drugs, I highly recommend running this past your doctor first because iodine can cause some adverse effects with some common prescriptions.

First time trying something from this company and so far this product seems to work well. I tried this product when I was having digestive issues with certain foods and drinks like coffee, and now when I consume those same foods or drinks after taking some of this prebiotic powder, I no longer experience those digestive issues

This is a company I trust. I have been working on my intestinal health for over half a year now, and have been making tremendous progress. Therefore, I have not experienced any dramatic effects from taking this product – much of the work has already been done. However, this does feel calming to the digestive tract and it feels good to drink it. I take it with meals and it has been a wonderful addition to restoring my health. I do have to say, however, that the flavor is not so good. It is hard to drink because of this.
