Highly recommend if you take Calcium
Not much to write about vitamins. If you take Calcium, I believe vitamin D help the absorption and process of calcium. It’s great if you don’t ever sit in the sun and if you do 20 minutes of sun equals all the vitamin D you need for the day.

The capsules are a large, easy to swallow
I like the ease of swallowing and how quickly they perform. I have more energy when combined with my daily supplements. I can't think of any reason not to like this product.

My Doctor Recommended For Me
My doctor wanted me to take Vitamin D3 20,000 a day and recommended this exact brand because it doesn't contain soy. She said soy isn't good for inflammation.
