Good product. Assembly takes some time but good at the end.

Bought this cabinet as I needed some extra storage quickly. The reviews seemed mixed with some people saying parts were damaged on arrival and that the quality was poor, and others saying how good and sturdy it was. Well, it was ALL true! Let me explain: The cabinet was packed very poorly and a number of the pieces had chips but thankfully only one piece needed to be replaced (I could hide all the other chips at the back). I contacted the company and they sent a replacement part without any problems. It just caused a delay, which was a pain. The cabinet is not great quality but that said it has formed a sturdy piece and looks better than I thought it would. I'm dubious about how it will fair if I ever dismantle and re-erect it though. I think the price of £66 is a little much for what it is but I am happy with my purchase, as it was easy to assemble and has made a good feature display for my husband's LEGO!

Ordered it for its fast delivery time - it arrived 6 days late. After waiting in all day for it (as obviously it couldn’t be left outside due to the British weather at the moment) I was notified at 9pm that it would be another 6 days. Contacted the seller who couldn’t have been less helpful. Took days to respond each time, they refused to cancel the order, wouldn’t tell me why it was suddenly taking so long to arrive and told me if I didn’t want it I would have to wait in all day again and refuse the order to the driver. But did say however this can take weeks for it to get back to us and be refunded?!?! I’m not sure how they think this is acceptable when it’s the company who have let the customer down and have a late delivery by almost a week?! The product itself is really bad quality. Screws end up going straight through the thin mdf type material and the screw covers look ugly. I’ve never left a bad review on here before, but would definitely not recommend this company or product.

Bit flimsy and instructions could be a bit better done but over all is pretty ok for the price

The product came with a thank you note and instructions on how to contact them including a statement that if anything is damaged, they'll send replacement parts upon receiving a photo of the broken/missing pieces. This has helped assure me that they do care about their customers satisfaction. However, the item came fully intact for me. There were no damages and was shipped with care. The instructions are easy to read and they labelled each piece with a sticker so you know which piece is which with ease. Easy to assemble and very sturdy. It's a relief to finally have somewhere to store my collection of DVDs. Perfect size and height. Picture for demonstration purposes of how many DVDs you can fit on the shelves with ample space for another layer of DVDs in front of the first layer. The product also arrived a day early which was a pleasant surprise. I could not be happier with the purchase.

Not very strong

Non ha per nulla deluso le mie aspettative, la facilità del montaggio è stato ciò che ha fatto aumentare le stelline date. Il pacco era ben confezionato, è arrivato addirittura con due giorni di anticipo e l'aspetto è molto piacevole.Peccato ci siano solo cinque stelle perchè meriterebbe di più!

bibliothèque joli et simple à monter

Las estanterías bien, como esperaba. Hubo un problema en la entrega con aduana, me puse en contacto con el vendedor, lo resolvió el y rápido, muy buena comunicación.

Je suis content de ma bibliothèque, j'en ai acheté 2 que j'ai fixé l'une à l'autre, j'ai repercé l'étagère du bas pour la réhausser de quelques centimètres afin de ma faire un étage de BD, j'ai pu boucher les trous avec les petits caches noirs fournis (Photo N°2) :-) La qualité de cette bibliothèque n'est pas extraordinaire mais je l'ai renforcé à des endroits stratégiques... En revanche gros bémol sur l'emballages et la livraison, catastrophique comme bien souvent, le colis était abîmé, c'est toujours pareil...Refusé et attendre un nouvel envoi ou accepté et faire avec car le bois semble en bon état...Résultat photo N°3...Pas grave je fais avec... J'en ai même recommandé une autre car plus de place sur ces 2 là ;-)
